Review
Super happy we made it to the hackathon final with my team. We built our project using luma.AI. I still remember the judge asking if we had made it before the hackathon started. Everyone really put in a ton of effort, from finding solutions to collaborating on the app.
As the team lead, I grew a lot in leadership. Missing out on user interviews was a weak spot for us. But for a fast-paced hackathon, just getting our MVP done right and nailing the logic and business side of things was pretty awesome. Next time, we're aiming for something even more practical.
Saw a lot of people bringing in projects they'd already done, which sure cuts down the workload.
